Since 1999 it has been the Business Unit dedicated to the design and construction of buildings and technological networks in healthcare, with special attention to respect for the environment.

The experience gained within the Group has made it possible to develop considerable know-how
in the design, works management and execution of construction and plant works in the hospital
sector. This know-how makes it possible for the Business Unit to build facilities with an advanced hotel and technological format with particular choices regarding materials and finishing touches, in compliance with the Group’s philosophy, whose goal is the central focus on the individual.

In particular, it develops and coordinates projects in hospital settings in the civil, structural and plant engineering sectors as regards the construction of buildings for health activities, also developing executive projects for the insertion of large equipment and technologies - such as CT, magnetic resonance, haemodynamic laboratories, linear accelerators, Gamma Knife. It also develops projects for specialist departments with the continuous technical advice of international suppliers.

The integrated and synergistic relationship with customers allows designing health care facilities with a view to the optimisation of operational management; it also takes care of the management aspects of the administrative proceedings during both prior and final authorisation phases.

The integration with the managers and the experience gained over the years have developed the ability to implement “ready to use” projects thanks to the complementary activities and to the support of other GVM companies so as to proceed immediately to business.
